Performico’s services contribute to the value creation of companies using a ‘best performance’ (Operational Excellence) and/or ‘best service’ (Customer Intimacy) strategy. Performico has developed "The Performico Way (TPW)" change approach. TPW is a systematic approach consisting tools that enable companies - mainly on their own strength - to solve complex issues in an efficient and effective way.

Developed in co-creation with customers and partners.
“Learn how to manage your organization like an Airline Pilot!” is the motto. Participants learn how to apply the principles of the aviation industry to current improvement initiatives in their own organization and to improve their personal and team effectiveness. There are special modules for managementteams, project teams, operations- and maintenance departments. A cockpit simulation training is part of the program that is carried
out in co-operation with experts of the aviation industry.
Learning from the hospitality industry is a collaboration between performico, Letsgoactive and well-known hospitality industry experts. We offer change programs in which the anchoring of acquired knowledge and experience is central to daily practice. Our RestaurantGame® developed for this purpose provides
insight into improvement potential in your business operations. Your organization is going to be more effective, smarter and more profitable!
Acknowledged by ESF, “Safety requires Courage" is an
innovative social program. It supports organizations to stimulate their employees to cooperate towards a “no-blame” culture. A culture in which employees are intrinsically motivated to reduce safety accidents to zero (Goal Zero).

Taking the right (strategic) choices decisions has proved to be difficult for most organizations. This program helps balancing delivery of the best service and the best performance results. It uses organizational – and training methods from the aviation and hospitality industry (see Airline Pilot Management Experience & Learn from Hospitality Industry).
This continuous improvement program focuses on organizing the most efficient multi-discipline service by (the) supplier(s) for and on behalf of the client. Improvements relate to structure and culture of the organization. The client actively participates in this ‘improve together’ approach, aimed at a proactive cooperation between customer and suppliers.
The aim of this program is to implement an adapted working method, with a focus on planned work. This way should lead to more efficient and effective work, not only by working harder, but also by working together in a smarter, better coordinated and structured way. This program uses flight planning concepts from aviation industry and is used in program and project management, in planning departments and stops (Turn Around).
